☯ Delilah Waters ☯
☯ Personality ☯
+ Protective, Caring, Humorous, Flirty, Brave
- Broken, Paranoid, Harsh, Sarcastic, Manipulative, Bad Temper
Delilah's personality has not changed much since 12 years old when she found out about her
sister. Before that, she was always so loving and caring. She'd have a smile on her face at
all times. But after her obsession with her sister, Delilah had become paranoid and anxious
about the littlest things going on in her life. She'd also get stressed out very easily, beginn-
ingto let her bad temper get the best of her. After she'd become a demon, Delilah had almost
become fearless to anything besides herself obviously. She feared that she'd loose control over
everything, and basically gone into deep depression, although she hides it very well underneath
the cute smile that she shows to the people around her.
☯ Biography ☯
Delilah was born in 1986 with a loving family that was all she could ever ask for. That was until an accident. A horrible tragety that left her parents dead. It was a mishap in their car. Something leaked out and boom the vehicle went. Luckily, she was 4 when it happened so it didn't really affect her life so much. Delilah hardly even realized they were gone. She was sent into an adoption agency and quickly adopted because of her nice, behaved, manner-full attitude. Her new parents were very nice to her and suspected that she'd grow up into a great life that she could only dream of and that was what she had thought to, until she turned 12. On her birthday, her foster parent's present to her was to tell her that she had an identical twin sister named Dakota. Delilah could not believe it and practically hated her parents because they did not adopt her sister as well. After this incident, she never really looked at her parents the same way. How could they look at two kids that look exactly the same and then choose one. It made no sense to her. Soon Delilah became worried about her sister and if she was in good hands like herself. She worried that Dakota was homeless or needy or starving anything bad that could happen to a family ran through Delilah's mind through those few years. Her one goal was to meet Dakota, where ever she had lived. She wanted to find her sister more than anything, to look at someone who looks exactly like you would be amazing. Delilah was the only child and only dreamed of having a sister to talk to and laugh with. Someone she could go to and have fun, this was all she wanted. Soon she became almost obsessed with her long lost sister and once Delilah turned 18, she left and never looked back. All of her foster parent's hopes for her future was out the window because of Dakota.
On Delilah's search, there was no luck. Really, she didn't plan any of this. She didn't plan getting lost and having to hitch-hike. She didn't plan being homeless for some time. She didn't plan the pain. The broken heart that Delilah held once she knew she'd never achieve what she had wanted to do for so many years. She had no leads, no connections, really she just left hoping that Dakota would somehow be looking for her too and they'd bump into each other at Taco Bell or something. Delilah wasn't prepared for what she was going through now and there was no going back. Even if she wanted to go home, she had no idea where home was. It'd been a year since she'd left and her parents probably moved out or hate her now. They probably feel like they were abandoned and forgotten by Delilah, but now they are all that she could think about. She somehow missed how warm it was at home and the pancakes her mother would cook in the morning before she'd go to school. She missed her dad taking her fishing and acting like she caught some huge fish and completely over-exaggerating the fact that her fish was really tiny. Delilah even tried to go back home, but she was so lost that sometimes she didn't even know what city she was in.
One night she entered a town that was quiet and dark. It felt lonely and almost condemned. The only people around looked like they could really hurt someone if they wanted to. The people that she saw, actually did hurt her. She'd stayed in the town for about 3 days because the motels were extremely cheap, although very unsanitary. On her 4th night staying there she went on her way to the corner store to buy some food. Delilah cut through an alley and felt someone staring at her, someone following her. When she turned around there was a man in all black. He had a knife in his hand and yelled for her to get on the ground. Instead, she ran. Delilah didn't get far although, for the guy caught up and grabbed. Quickly she grabbed the knife from him and somehow it cut right through his neck. She'd never learned self defense and was extremely shocked at what she'd done. So shocked that she stood still. This was the mistake that cost Delilah's life. Soon another man came closer and saw what she'd done. Almost instantly after he shot her. 3 times. Right in the heart. Then once she'd fallen, her blood painting the pavement, he shot her in the brain. There was complete darkness after that. It felt like years went by once she'd woken up. But she didn't wake up in a hospital, or at her house, or even in that alley way. She woke up in Hell. So many things that she'd done the past 2 years brought herself here and she completely lost it. For two months, Delilah stayed in one spot. Unable to move or say anything. The only sounds that came out of her mouth was crying and pouting, sometimes screaming. This was until someone reached out to her. This person's name was unknown to her and she sounded evil, but the woman promised to get Delilah out of Hell so she agreed to do anything.
Once Delilah heard of demons and how she'd have to do a deed and take someone else body, the first person that came to mind was her sister. She could take her sister's body and use it to live. She wouldn't have to have some person's body that she didn't know. The deed that the satanica wanted was for her to kill a shaman. This certain shaman was a strong one. A witch capable of killing anything, even satanicas. But this only made Delilah want to kill her more. She wanted power and strength. She wanted to be alive. So, she agreed to the deal. Delilah killed the girl in only a few days. It didn't take long because she'd planned what she was going to do. She snuck up on her and did the some thing that she'd done to the man that tried to kill her, or whatever he was going to do. After that, Delilah found her sister. She saw where Dakota lived, Willow Falls. Dakota lived in a pretty apartment that was so perfect. She thought about how much she'd worried about her sister, and her life was fine. There was nothing bad about it, as she saw. Delilah almost felt bad for taking her sister's life, but she was selfish and cruel. She wanted to be alive again more than anything and felt that she didn't deserve to be dead. After Delilah got her sister's body, Dakota tried to stop it. She'd fought so hard and it took months to actually get full control over her.
Now, Delilah finds herself in Willow Falls because she still cared for her sister even though she'd ruined and ended her life. Often, she'd think about where Dakota is. Was she still in her own mind? Or was she in heaven? Or Hell? Delilah didn't know and she tried so hard not to think about anything but every day she'd had a constant reminder as she looks in the mirror and flashes black, soulless eyes.
